This policy covers how Tengen Labs handles information on tengenlabs.com.

This policy applies only to the Tengen Labs marketing site at tengenlabs.com. Our products — including Boo Alarm and Calina AI — operate under their own privacy policies, separate from this one.

2. Information we collect on this site

We don’t collect personal information on this site. There are no forms, no accounts, and no third-party trackers. If you write to us — for example, via the email address on the Contact page — we receive the contents of your message and your email address, and we use them solely to respond.

3. Cookies

This site does not set cookies.

4. Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate site traffic — page views, referrers, and approximate country. It is cookieless and does not collect personal information or behavioral fingerprints. No data is sold or shared. If you prefer to opt out entirely, blocking third-party scripts in your browser will prevent the analytics script from loading.

5. Third parties

We don’t sell, share, or transfer information about visitors. If we link to a third-party site, that site’s own privacy policy applies once you leave ours.

6. Products

Boo Alarm (our iOS app) handles user data under the Boo Alarm in-app privacy policy. Calina AI handles protected health information under HIPAA. Its privacy practices, business-associate terms, and data-handling commitments are described in Calina AI’s own documentation, not here. If you operate under a contract with Calina AI, that contract governs.

7. Children

This site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children under 13.

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
